One of the most effective ways to rank your site is to blog. Yes, it is true. Blogging is a way of life and it is one of the easiest ways to rank. But before you jump on your computer and start blogging there are a few things that you need to remember.

One of them is Grammarly. We use Grammarly and it helps us out a lot. It not only checks our grammar but also has other functions that save us time and money.

Grammarly has a number of apps that come with it.

1. Grammarly for Chrome – is an extension that checks your Gmail, Facebook, WordPress, Linkedin and anywhere else you write on the Web.
2. Grammarly for Microsoft Office – This app checks the documents you write in Word and emails you write in Outlook, and this is a must, especially if you write emails to clients, family or friends and want to make sure that you are using the right grammar. There is nothing worse than losing a client or face the mocking from friends and family for using the wrong sentence structure or other grammatical issues.
3. Grammarly for Windows – Yes, Grammarly is able to be at home on your computer. You can easily access your documents with a simple click, it does not get any simpler.

If this is not enough, you can also use Grammarly for plagiarism. While you may not think this is important, think again. Plagiarism is important to Google, just like it was a no-no in school. Yes, Google checks for plagiarism, and if you are copying another site, even slightly, Google probably knows about it. So to avoid this, we strongly recommend using something to check your article, just to be on the safe side. While you may think, your article is original, it is always good to make sure yours is the real thing. It also does not hurt to check it a couple of weeks after you have released the article to see if it has popped up elsewhere. It does not cost any more to check it again, but it will make sure that someone is not stealing your content. As long as you do not exceed the limit, or pay for a service like Grammarly so you are not restricted.
